Service Delivery Policy

JeevikaSetu, operated by VariableWork Consulting Private Limited, is a services marketplace. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so a conventional shipping policy does not apply. This page explains how services are delivered instead.

How Services Are Delivered

  • Services are delivered in person, by an independent Setu Partner, at the location and time agreed in the booking.
  • For Tatkal (instant) bookings, a nearby Setu Partner is matched and typically arrives within the window shown in the app (commonly within 30–60 minutes, subject to availability and distance).
  • For scheduled or recurring bookings, the service is delivered at the date and time you select.
  • You can track status (accepted, on the way, arrived, completed) in the app, and use masked calling to coordinate.

No Physical Delivery / Shipping Charges

As no goods are shipped, there are no shipping or courier charges. Any charges are for the service and the platform fee, as set out on our Pricing page.

If a Service Is Delayed or Not Delivered

If a Setu Partner is delayed, does not arrive, or the service is not completed, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for re-matching and refunds.
